Clean room and well maintained property

Great hotel, very clean ideally for airport as they do Transfer to it,

This hotel was ok. From the airport you can get the 200 bus to Canillejas then it's a 10 min walk. You can walk to the IFEMA conference centre in about 20-25 mins and if you do then on the way there's a massive hypermarket (Campo de las Naciones) where you can get any item you may require. Easy to get the metro to the city centre also from Canillejas. There is a pool (didn't try). Didn't try the breakfast as got things from the hypermarket to eat. Room was spacious but the air conditioning was not very strong (was 39 degrees outside). Room door lock was a bit odd and sometimes it didn't close completely so had to double check when leaving each day. Liked that there were some complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The shower gel was empty in the shower but ok as just used the shampoo instead. Good enough hotel for my purposes (attending a conference).

Extremely close To the airport! I loved the shuttle (terminal 4) to and from the airport.. FREE!!!! The hotel is incredibly clean, modern and felt like a 5 star 🌟 hotel in its customer service! Loved it! My kids and I loved the pool as well.
