The room had a quite bad mold odor. The property quite ran down. We wanted to leave but we could not find another room nearby because it was an holiday weekend. The stuff was not very helpful. They tried to switch us to another room which smelled. Just as bad. Unhealthy place to stay. I will never go back.

The hotel was adequate but the breakfast was a joke we went down at 8.15 had to wait 20 minutes for a table then had to sit waiting 15 minutes for more food to be but out

Used to be cleaner :)

i've stayed at this hotel 3 times before, it gets dirtier with each stay. this stay, i had a spoon on the floor and a lot of hair in the bathroom that was, despite asking for it, not removed. i will not stay again except i will see the reviews getting better.

Very disappointed stay

Very disappointed because the check in lady said there was no booking , and turned us away After that we went to check in at The Stay paid ( hotel nearby ) and paid for 1 night baht 3,300- After sometime at 20.00 , the Fotune D plus Hotel called us to inform that they found the booking , they made us lose money and were very rude and did not offer any compensation Very sad to say all this But we shifted back to stay because our friends stayed there

Breakfast was limited but that’s not the complain. Had a horrible bout of food poisoning after consuming the hotel breakfast. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. On the day of our check-in, while we were politely asking about check out times, she was staring at her phone throughout the whole conversation and seen uninterested to entertain any of our questions. Terrible, horrible experience, especially coming from the manager.

Not recommended for Breakfast

Good for a comfortable bed (refer AC). Cost $A52 per night. Air-conditioning works however its layout means that you do not get any air flow over the bed which means it takes forever to cool down. Looks a good size however is partitioned 2/3 and 1/3 meaning it is of no value for lap swimming. Breakfast is terrible. No eggs to order. Eggs are fried only. Then choice is limited to cold sausages together with noodles or fried rice. Both mornings (together with other guests) had to wait for food to be cooked (and then was cold). Had to ask for both water and juice to be refilled.

close to must see attractions, theres a yummylicious mookata store just down the street (abt 230 baht for seafood and pork), plentiful parking, and a surprisingly clean and new swimming pool!

Bathroom floor was very wet when we checked in, my husband fell down as it was so slippery. Room was not cleaned after our outing on one of the evenings. Only 2 bath towels was given. Toiletries not replenished.

Hotel room at level 3 is extraordinary.

Not a pleasant stay for the first night in khao yai. Will never return to this hotel again as maybe there isn't much people staying some rooms are left empty too long. Not comfortable as we felt there is one other being in the room.

日本にあるビジネスホテルのような、簡素でコンパクトなホテルです。 ですが、壁が薄くて隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえたり、 シャワールームの扉がないので、バスルームが水浸しになってしまいました。 ホテル自体が新しく、清潔感があるのは良いと思います。 朝食は、食パンとウィンナー、ゆで卵、シリアルのみでした。
