「I love the way we where greeted by the front desk her name was Mariangel and she went above and beyond to welcome us and start the trip off with a huge positive she even gave us a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade facing the lake and jetty for river boat taxi because we where celebrating our honeymoon she is a very helpful universal staff member great to have this when you arrive.」

We didn't use the pool, but we didn't go to Orlando for a hotel pool, we went for Universal. Bfast was decent, got full. There's. Walgreens and Kpot restaurant in walking distance, which are super convenient 」
