"マウイ等を旅行中、一棟レンタルの別荘がハリケーンによる停電に見舞われました。急遽そちらをチェックアウトし、こちらのホテルを予約しました。（１０名の旅だったため、３部屋予約）。急な予約にも関わらず、３部屋隣並びの部屋が用意され、さすがにアーリーチェックインは難しいとは言われたものの、それまでホテル内の施設を使用できるよう、リストバンドも渡してくれたおかげで、大変快適に過ごすことができました。子どもたちにも、お土産の大きくてカラフルな魚のぬいぐるみもプレゼントしてくれて、大喜びでした。プールで遊んでチェックインを待ち、チェックイン時間の少しまでにフロントへ行ったところ、準備できたよ！と手を振って教えてくれたフロントスタッフの温かさに和みました。部屋は大変清潔で、シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。電子レンジと冷蔵庫、無料の水が提供されるボトル、カプセルのコーヒーマシーンもありました。ラナイには横になれるベッドもあり、快適です。プールはスライダーなどはなく、小さめでしたが、それなりに楽しめました。通常はもう少し価格帯が高めのホテル（マリオット、ヒルトンなど）に滞在していますが、今回偶然出会ったこちらのホテルは、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと感じました。また、シャトルバスでホテルから３マイル以内、どこへでも連れて行ってくれるというのも助かります。私たちはレンタカーで移動するので、基本的には必要ありませんでしたが、決まったところだけでなく、どこへでもOKというのが魅力と感じました。道路の向こうはビーチなので、徒歩１分でビーチに行けます。車で数分のところで、ナイトマーケットも買い物も楽しみました。フロントスタッフは全員フレンドリーで親切でした。突然の滞在が快適に過ごせたことに感謝しています"
