  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Great location

We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay

Great getaway

Spent 3 nights and loved it. Quiet and within walking distance to hot springs, shopping and restaurants. Close to park and walking trails. Room was comfortable for my husband and I. Would come back for sure.

Cutely decorated place - walking distance to river, coffee shops, and restaurants! Bed was a little hard and we needed an extra pillow for the trundle, but overall great experience. We’d stay again!

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay. We walked everywhere. Place has everything you will need. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Nice patio, larger than expected. It faces the alley but still peaceful. Would stay there again if in the area.

Amazing Pagosa Springs

This rental was just what we needed. It was the perfect accommodation for 2 and the location was amazing! The views from the back were awesome. The room was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Just can't say enough about the great location!!! Can't wait till we come back again.

Nice studio near hot springs

My wife and I stayed in this little gem centrally located in South Pagosa Springs. The studio apartment was larger than we anticipated and we never felt closed in. It was very comfortable, and we were able to walk to almost any of the activities we came here for. We would definitely recommend to any single or couples looking for a great place to stay!

Lovely place

We found the condo to be clean, comfortable, and very convenient, both in its close proximity to the Springs and ski resort, and also for the amenities inside. I loved having a washer and dryer while there. The kitchen was well stocked. I also loved the large soaking tub. The check out instructions were clear and simple. We really enjoyed this place!

great spot in the middle of town

The upstairs loft space was great. It's small but has everything we needed for a long weekend retreat in Pagosa Springs. Easy walking to everywhere in town. We thought we would have preferred the deck facing the main road for a view but it turned out to be great facing away from the road. Much quieter and we could spot the deer up on the hill behind the house. We would certainly return to this spot for future trips. Thank you.

Comfortable efficiency unit. Great location within walking distance of the Springs and restaurants. Nicely decorated just as the photos show. The host notified me in advance that the dishwasher was broken, but it wasn’t a problem for me. They have it scheduled to be replaced

Pagosa Boho Condo

Wonderful hosts!!! Excellent location on Pagosa Street (like Main St) walking distance to the park, The Springs Resort, Overlook Spa and Healing Waters. Next door to one of our favorites. Riff Raff Brewing! The condo had 2 bed options, firm and light firm. Everything you need for your stay and all your essentials. The soaking tube was wonderful and having a washer and dryer was a life saver! We will be back!

Good location in Pagosa

We spent 3 nights in Pagosa & enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent! It’s within walking distance to several restaurants & the Springs. There is an assigned parking space for the condo which was very nice considering space in the area is limited. From the patio, we were able to see deer grazing in the mornings which was neat but you overlook someone’s house so it’s not a secluded area. It’s a nice little area to drink your coffee in the morning or play cards at the small table in the evening. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The soaking tub a lovely feature and I appreciated the full size washer/dryer. We utilized the extra bed that pulls out from under the main bed. it was a good feature but it would be helpful if it had a strap or wheels to assist with access. My biggest concern about the condo was the security/locks. Another patron would consistently leave the backdoor open with the bolt out so the door wasn’t secure. The lighting at night is sketchy. There are motion activated lights when you get into the building but walking up to the backdoor is completely black at night. I understand the need for controlling light pollution but had I been alone, I would not have felt comfortable because it was SO dark going in and out of the building. The condo lock was also a little tricky. To lock the door when leaving, you need to pull it so the bolt can engage. Luckily we checked it as we were leaving or else the door would have remained unlocked.
