Tolles und modernes Hotel, Frühstück top, leider nur derzeit etwas Baulärm tagsüber, weil der Bau an einem Nebenkomplex noch stattfindet.

Great stay here whilst travelling through Bali. The staff were welcoming and helpful and picked us up from the airport and dropped off at the local ferry port after our stay. The accommodation is excellent especially having the lagoon view which you can enter from the room and swim up to hotel bar! Breakfast was great too.

This property is exceptional in every way. Beautiful grounds and pool. Amazing views from poolside to restaurant of water with mountains in back. The food is outstanding. And, the best part is the staff. Made our stay special with decorations and cake for anniversary. Beyond 5 stars. A GEM!!💎

Amazing new resort, very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic food, breakfast is great, I had an excellent steak for dinner. I highly recommend this resort. One minor issue is that there is no bathroom upstairs where the bedroom is in their villas, you have to go downstairs for bathroom needs.

The property is really new and our lagoon access villa was amazing- very luxurious! We stayed here as it was close to the port and our onward trip to the Gili islands. It was a bit blustery when we stayed and the beach needed a clean up as some debris had floated onto the beach. But I was blown away with how nice our villa and the staff were - it exceeded all my expectations!

This resort is a must. It was our favorite part of the trip. The staff is amazing, the food is so yummy and fresh. So many options & the breakfast is perfect. They go above and beyond here. The gym is small but has what you need to get a good lift coming from a pro bodybuilder. The pool was clean and beautiful. Peaceful & wonderful environment!

Best property of the trip, hands down. Food is exceptional, easily rivals Michelin-level dining. Never knew fish could be cooked this way. Villa is beautifully designed, great interior and taste throughout. Second floor has high ceilings, very spacious. Secluded outdoor bath is a nice touch, pool right outside the door, easy to just step in and swim. Chic and luxurious, but still relaxing, a proper retreat. They also arranged a photoshoot for us, property made for a stunning backdrop. Staff are highly professional throughout. Only con: a couple of toiletry items weren't properly checked before setup, one box had the wrong contents, another had a pest issue. Worth flagging for housekeeping, but didn't take away from the stay.

This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed 3 days of relaxation at this new resort. The villas are beautiful with modern finishes and it was great to just jump into the pool directly from our villa. Staff are all very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. Location is a bit far from everything but we were happy to just spend the our time at the resort before finishing our holiday in Nusa Dua. Breakfast was a La Carte and plenty to choose from. Food was of very good quality.

The resort has overmet all our expectations. Really all of them. The architecture and color design is very modern and meets fully our taste. The Villa (one room) was excellent. Very spacy and comfortable. One highlight is that you step out on the terrace and are able to swim to the pool bar. The stuff is very, very friendly, always smiling, always at hand when needed. They are acting immediately when needed. The breakfast was included into our booking and this is another highlight. There aere so many selections, that it never gets bored. The basis is a bowl of fresh cut fruits, a basked with bakery stuff, toast and bred and butter and marmelade. We mostly relaxed and ate more than necessary, I mean it in a good way. The restaurant and bar is open, but under the roof, you always feel as having a meal at the ocean, which is really, really southing. Overall the stay was fantastic and it was not easy for us to leave the paradise. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have relaxed and luxury times at the ocean.

We stayed for two nights at Quenzo Hotel Padangbai and had such a beautiful experience. It was a romantic trip, and I organised a surprise romantic package for my partner on arrival — the setup was absolutely amazing and made the moment really special. What impressed me even more was that I organised everything from abroad via WhatsApp, and the team catered to all my requests and helped bring everything together perfectly. They were so accommodating and made it incredibly easy to arrange something special for my partner. The service was honestly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and they made us feel genuinely looked after. One of the highlights was a day trip with Darma, who treated us like family. He took us to the Gates of Heaven, a honeybee farm where we tried kopi luwak (the famous “poo coffee”), and an incredible lookout. It was such a memorable day and made the trip even more special. We stayed in a villa which was spectacular — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The food was delicious, and we loved relaxing by the pool bar as well. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Nytt hotell ved stranden. Dessverre er ikke alt ferdig bygget enda, og det er ekstremt mye støy ifm ferdigstilling av hotellet. De jobber i 12-14 t om dagen, og støyen er ganske sjenerende. Anbefaler ikke å bo her før det er ferdig bygget. Ekstremt hyggelige ansatte og god mat.
