"Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once. Overall the hotel is very run down and had a bad odor especially from the smoking rooms level. Avoid the smoking rooms. Staff and service are quite prompt to requests and...
