"Great hotel for the price in such a convenient location. We loved the pool, which was a great temperature in mid October. Staff was very helpful and kind, and the number of staff/security in the lobby made it feel very secure."

"Arrived from the airport late and they got us in asap. Rooms were nice and clean! Staff was great. The cafe downstairs is open really late (i think even 24 hours) so we were able to get good food after midnight."

"We have stayed at the Desert Palms twice now to visit Disneyland. What a great location, 15 min walk to the park and no crossing the street with littles! It's as a close as you can get to staying on Disney property without the $$$$. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and requests. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Clean facilities, comfy beds, and very good selection at breakfast. My kids love the kids TV lounge off the lobby and the pool is conveniently located off the lobby as well. Desert Palms is top of the list for us when visiting Disneyland!"

"The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable and very clean. Everybody was extremely helpful.. the breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have so many different selections.. comfortable beds and friendly staff with a clean environment-can’t ask for much more than that.. five minutes from Pier 39. It was a nice walk great area."
