「Alejandro and David were extremely friendly. Hotel is only 2 months old and decor was very nice. Plenty of room to sit and read in the lobby area and enjoy the views of the mountains. 」

「Check-in was easy. Front desk staff were there at 11pm. Front staff were polite. The room was clean but could have been better. The tissue Box holder was 'off the wall' and needs to be repaired. Parking was available and well lit at night. Shops and restaurants were nearby and convenient.」

「I booked a pet room through expedia (only dogs allowed), but when I arrived they charged me another $15. Whatever, it was worth it. The room was immaculate. In a pet room with carpet, it had no smell. Super clean. They have you sign a waiver that you'll clean up after your pet, and they're not allowed on the furniture, but that's why the place is so clean and the upholstery is intact. 「First time here. Older place, built in the 80's, so it is a bit out dated in terms of the overall design. Rooms were not ready at check-in which was at 4pm. Not due to overbooking or being overly busy, but general housekeeping times. Didn't get in to the room til close to 5pm. Good thing the wife and kiddo were able to access the pool while waiting. Front Desk staff were a bit stressed and not so jovial. There are about 5 pools onsite, 3 out of the 5 were packed, but the one up on the mountain...
