「The breakfast was good but that’s about it the property is not kept; the bed sheets were dirty smelled like clothes that didn’t dry well it was gross; the towels were dirty; there was ants everywhere and crabs inside the room. Also the place is haunted I had 2 scary encounters faucets turning on their own doors slamming and there was no wind I was next to the window when it happened. It was confirmed on the property that it is haunted. No room service, there was no bath soap no shampoo oh and...

「I've been coming back for more than 20 years, even before the new owners upgraded everything. This hotel is the best value in San Juan Del Sur. Next to cathedral and main park, walk to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away.」

「Good bang for the buck」

「Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up...

「This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...

「The staff was very helpful. My Spanish is not good but they understood me fine. The manager/owner speaks very good English and is a real nice guy. He and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The place is only a few blocks from the beach and very affordable. No noisy bars just peace and quite. The place was clean and quite with great AC. You can use the kitchen to cook and they always have free drinking water available. Right next to a park and playground for kids and their prices can't be...

「Muy mala experiencia, ofrecen servicios que no estan disponibles no tiene estacionamiento 3 cosas básicas estacionamiento habitación con 2 camas y vista a la bahía cosas que ofrece el anuncio y no me dieron ninguna de las 3 la propiedad esta descuidada desde la puerta de la habitación qué es corrediza no abre correctamente en mi opinión no es un alojamiento al que volveríamos ni que pueda recomendar」
