Nos hospedamos en Casa Laurel y la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación esta muy limpia, la cama impecable y comodísima. Cuenta con todos los servicios que necesitábamos: excelente conexión a internet, Tv, una mesita ideal para trabajar en la Laptop, el baño es amplio y muy limpio. La ubicación es muy tranquila. En general es un lugar cómodo y seguro, y el trato de la persona que nos recibió fue muy cordial en todo momento. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

El hotel y las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas y el personal es muy amable. Se encuentra en un punto muy céntrico con fácil desplazamiento a Zona Centro, Zona Americana y los principales centros comerciales.

Staff super helpful and accommodating rooms are comfortable property is blocks away from great restaurants as well as convenience stores, while offering 24 hr room service.

Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

We have stayed at the Portobello several times. The room we stayed in this time seemed newly redone, I loved the room, mirrors, bathroom and bed was good too. It can get loud due to the traffic, but that’s Guadalajara. Their breakfast is pretty good with several options. It is walking distance to downtown. All in all we totally recommend the Portobello.

Excellent place and the facility is pretty new and clean

clean room and very well furnished. The staff is very helpful and professional. The property is located in front of a busy highway, therefore, it needs the air-conditioning running all the time in order to keep the air fresh inside.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming. I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.
