レイアウト - 3階建ての家。 2階の入り口には、テレビと薪ストーブのあるリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチン、デッキとビーチへの引き戸があります。 クイーンベッド、ツインベッド2台、1/2バス付きのベッドルーム。 2階のカラスのネストロフトルーム（素晴らしい景色を望む！） キングサイズベッドとシャワー付きフルバス（階段にはドアがありませんが、それでも2階にはとてもプライベートな雰囲気があります）。 階下にはシャワー付きのフルバス、大画面テレビ付きの居心地の良いデン、キングサイズベッ��付きのベッドルームがあります。 ガレージあり
Sunset Avenueは、太平洋岸の真ん中から��に伸びるネスチュカ川と海の間に位置する静かな通りで、Bob Straub州立公園に直接つながっています。 低い土手の砂浜がオーシャンフロントの家から海に向かって傾斜しています。 サンセットアベニューからも、ボートランプと一緒にこの地域で最高の漁場の1つである「ボートランディング」で一般的に知られているものがあります。 一年のうちの特定の時期には、漁師が巨大な春を捕まえ、チヌークサーモンに落ちるのがわかります。

This is a great beach house! Two king beds which is always a plus. The upstairs crows nest room was my favorite room. Would definitely rent again. Also, a cozy little beach fire area that was warm and protected. If you have little ones or elderly they can get to the beach fire without climbing down to the beach. Cheers!

The home was clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. The view of Haystock Rock and the ocean waves was perfect. There were plenty of towels, utensils, etc. and each room had its own heater, which helps when there are several guests staying at the same time. We will return!

Beautiful property and the home was perfect for us. The only issue we had was the access to the beach. There is a very tall and very steep sandy dune you must climb down to get from the yard to the water. Anyone with small children or mobility concerns will not be able to climb back up the slope and may fall going down.

A very nice house! We could tell that it had just been updated. A little too many stairs for us Senior Citizens, but ok, good for us clogging up and down the stairs. (We scored real high on our "step" counter!" The best part is the lovely view of the Rock and ocean from the windows and deck. Can't beat it!

This property has incredible sunset views! As listed and shown, this home is a walk to Cape Kiwanda Dune or town and an adventure to the tip of the State Park. We highly recommend.

Fantastic Beachfront House

Everything met expectations, or more. House was immaculate and in great condition. In addition to being directly on the beach, it was 10-15 minutes walking to a few local shops, market, and eating establishments. Highly recommended.

Great get-a-way house to sit and relax

We really enjoyed this property. It was in a nice, small, and cozy community right on the beach. The house we well taken care of and had some spices and cooking supplies stocked (which is nice to not have to buy every time you travel). Out side was very relaxing. The only thing that is a little hard to see from the listing is that the beach is not easily accessible from the house, there's a big sand drop off to get to the beach, and you have to walk about a 1/2 mile to get to a place where you can climb up. Otherwise, fantastic property!

Great stay. Views were perfect. Showers are very small, be prepared. Pots and pans are old, I did suggest they upgrade. Heat is set at 50 once you arrive. Crank each room up to 65 and it will warm up quick. Fireplace was very helpful when we arrived.

Best Beach Trip Ever!

The property was just as described, super clean and had plenty of space for all 8 of our family members. We loved that there was a safe space for the little kiddos to play in the sand right outside the back door and we enjoyed soaking up the sun on the back deck great space. We couldnt have asked for better weather sunny and warm all 4 days. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Great getaway

The house and the location were lovely. There were great decks for just sitting and relaxing. The only comment I would make is the pictures online do not reveal the significant hike down to the beach and back up. It is doable but it takes some effort.

Lovely Beach front vacation

My family try and do beach get together a every year. I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful ocean front home. It was really upscale, comfortable, great beds, kitchen was well appointed and over all had plenary of room for everyone to have space. I would highly recommend and would live to come back

I'd like to stay forever

This is a pacific coast paradise. We stayed at a five star resort just down the beach and this far exceeded it. The attention to detail in each room and the cleanliness was outstanding. The private access to the beach was a plus. Looking on my calendar to see when we can return.

Cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed everything about this home. Beachfront with little area behind house for our youngest to play in the sand while we let supper cook in the oven and read in front of wood stove. Our oldest children enjoyed the entertainment too Downstairs for games ect. A perfect family getaway. All views from this home were spectacular.

Perfect Stay and Beautiful Home!

I can’t say enough about this property! We brought our kids (ages 6 and 10) and my parents with us and we all enjoyed this home!! We already looked into booking it again, but it’s not available this Summer. We are going to have a hard time finding a home we enjoyed this much!!

The perfect beach!

This was a beautiful beach house! Quiet, peaceful and the views perfectly picturesque. Our only complaints were having enough hot water for showers and it lacked a few kitchen essentials which we quite easily lived without but would have been nice. A magical week of chill-axing with our adult children.

Had an amazing beach weekend with some great soccer boys! This house was perfect...all it needs is an outdoor shower to help get the sand off before coming inside! We will be back for sure!

Great Adult Getaway

This house is wonderfully redone and has great rooms and decor. Everything was new. Due to that though, I would classify this as an adult beach house - which is what I wanted. I’d be nervous to have kids around as there are many breakable items throughout the house combined with the wood stove. All the rooms have bathrooms so it is a great adult/couple getaway maybe with older kids. It is gorgeous for adults and I liked all the detail and beautiful choices to create a great atmosphere you don’t typically get in Oregon beach houses. The windows, views and fire stove were fantastic as well. The only thing I would note other than it being an adult home would be it’s a tri-level house so there are a lot of stairs - to get to any level of house and in and out. So, anyone who struggles with stairs or doesn’t want to haul their stuff up and down stairs, this wouldn’t be for you. Overall, this is a fantastic place and I’d rent it again in a heartbeat as long as the price stays reasonable.

Such a tasteful, cozy, beachfront home!

We had an amazing time and felt so spoiled in this lovely home. Breathtaking views throughout the home and awesome to walk out the patio door and directly into the sand. We will most definitely be back!
