It was perfect for what we needed. Just landed in Kona and needed a place to stay for a night before we could get into our Airbnb with our 3 kids, all under 10.

Property was well kept and checkin went well when at property but emailed instructions were not helpful and phone number was incorrect.

The condo was very nice and clean; with all you needed to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a leak at the base and caused the bathroom floor to be wet. We did let the office know but it was not fixed by the time we had to leave. We solved the problem by wrapping a beach towel around the base on the toilet.

The room was beautiful & the location was perfect. The only negative thing was the fact that the tv screen stopped working on our second day - was really looking forward to watching movies at the end of our days. Other than that, great basic room with a beautiful view.

Minimal food options here. But they are remodeling one of the restaurants- maybe check before you commit if that is important to you
