"The coffee maker in the room was broken. We called the front desk to ask for another one. She said housekeeping would bring one. About 20 mins later a guy knocks on the door and I think he’s bringing the coffee maker. No he was there to strip the beds and get dirty linens. We hadn’t even checked out. I explained the maker was broken. He didn’t speak much English. He finally got my point and tried the maker himself. He then left and got us a brand new one. Hooray!! Parking should be included. We are already paying a bunch for the room. Why charge us extra to park?"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean & balcony was well maintained. Although we did not use the pool & hot tub due to bring @ the water park all day both looked beautiful and clean. Definitely a cool perk is they are open 24/7 as is the sauna & work out room. Poolside bar and grill available as well as a scoops ice cream. Free continental breakfast and a breakfast buffet u can eat for $7.99 and u get a bogo coupon on check in. Only downside was with multiple buildings and entrances it was difficult to figure out your correct entrance from the back lot."
