This newly furnished vacation apartment with one bedroom is located in Petersthal, which belongs to the municipality of Oy Mittelberg. The quiet location of the vacation apartment makes it suitable for all age groups. The entrance to the apartment is at ground level through the underground parking garage, from the house entrance a staircase leads down to the apartment.

This accommodation consists of a cozy sofa bed for 2 people (more suitable for children), a 1.80 m box spring bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.



The laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer is located in the neighboring house. Free Wifi is available. A basic supply of coffee, tea and sugar is provided. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or oven. An online bread roll service is available. For longer stays, it is possible to get a change of towels and bed linen for a fee.



The apartment has direct access to the communal, free indoor pool and the communal sauna (by prior arrangement and for a fee).



This cozy apartment also has an underground parking space for cars or motorcycles as well as for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored in a separate lockable cellar room.



In the neighboring village of Oy Mittelberg there is a pizzeria, a kiosk-restaurant on the lake.

Good restaurants, the Kurhaus and grocery stores are approx. 4 km away.



Leisure activities in summer: walks in the foothills of the Alps, hiking around the Rottach reservoir (distance 15 km), swimming in the Rottachsee and in the bathing lakes.



Leisure activities in winter:

A large network of hiking trails as well as approx. 40km of cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, nearest downhill slope in Nesselwang (10km).
