Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus Zaunkönig' with Mountain View and Private Terrace

The holiday home Zaunkönig is situated above Mittenwald and offers a magnificent view of the impressive Karwendel mountain range. The location is quiet, yet you can reach the idyllic town centre in just a few minutes.



Inside the house, you will find two cosy bedrooms providing space for four people. Two additional sleeping options are available on a double sofa bed in the living room, where a wood-burning stove invites you to spend comfortable evenings.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an induction hob, and an oven with microwave function. Basic spices and all essential kitchen utensils are also available, so you are well prepared for self-catering.



The bathroom is small but practical and has a shower; there is also a separate toilet.



A highlight is the spacious terrace, equipped with two sun loungers and garden furniture, inviting you to enjoy sunny hours outdoors.



Bed linen – that is, covers and sheets – as well as towels must be brought by you.



Please note that with six people, the cottage can become quite cramped.



The neighbouring house is currently being renovated, so there may occasionally be noise or disturbances. If you feel disturbed, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.



In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure opportunities: hiking trails, climbing routes in the Karwendel, cross-country ski trails, an ice rink, a toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and various ski resorts.
