Hello friends! Welcome to Ocean Pearl Beach House, a sunny, dog-friendly retreat one easy block from Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard. Spend your days on the sand and your evenings enjoying ocean views from the rooftop deck. Thoughtfully hosted by Chic Beach Vacations.



THE SPACE



The open living area and fully stocked kitchen make meals and time together easy. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are ready for downtime.



Three bedrooms offer one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, and linens and pillows are provided.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Silver Strand is a relaxed residential beach community with shoreline walks, surfing, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby Channel Islands Harbor offers waterfront dining, kayaking, and boat outings. Your Guest Guide includes our local favorites for exploring Oxnard and Ventura.



ROOFTOP EVENINGS & BEACH DAYS



Ocean Pearl Beach House’s private rooftop deck offers 360° views of the surrounding neighborhood and coast. Lounge seating, a fire pit, and string lights make it an inviting place to unwind. An enclosed back patio provides another outdoor space to enjoy.



Beach gear is included, along with a Pack ’n Play and high chair for little ones.



BRINGING YOUR DOG



Your dog is welcome! The fee is $25 per dog, per stay. Please have your companion arrive clean and on flea control. We cannot accommodate cats.



PARKING & GETTING AROUND



There is room for two vehicles: one small car in the garage and one vehicle in front of the house. Please keep the garage size in mind when planning your arrival. A car is useful for groceries, harbor outings, and exploring Ventura.



PEACEFUL BEACH EVENINGS



Silver Strand is home to year-round neighbors, and we appreciate your help keeping evenings peaceful. By 10 p.m., please bring outdoor conversations inside and turn off outdoor music. You can continue enjoying your evening indoors with sound kept considerate of neighboring homes.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL



After booking, we will send you a request to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Completing it allows us to send your Guest Guide, which brings together arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code becomes available in your Guest Guide 48 hours before check-in. If you have questions along the way, we are happy to help.



A LITTLE EXTRA VACATION TIME



Available early check-in options appear five days before your stay. Early check-in and late checkout carry an additional fee and depend on the schedule.



You can also request a private chef, massage session, or boat tour. These optional services are charged separately and depend on provider availability. We will confirm pricing before you commit.
