Originally built in 1965, this charming home has been lovingly remodeled and redesigned by the Sutherlin family, now managed by Velvet Ditch Villas. Each room is thoughtfully adorned in the owners’ favorite hues of pink, violet, and blue, adding a personal touch to its inviting atmosphere. Perfectly situated near Ole Miss, the property’s appeal is only enhanced by the majestic Magnolia tree, a timeless feature that has gracefully stood since the home’s early days, rising elegantly above the roofline.
