We came up for a weekend getaway and were very impressed with the Broken Arrow Abode. Very clean and well maintained. There was a foosball table and a variety of board games to keep us entertained while enjoying a cozy fire on the cold nights. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect for a family, lots of beds and even some toys! I like the lived-in environment so no worries about pets and kids getting you into trouble with the owner. I get a bit nervous when I'm in an immaculate rental. Very nice.

They provided almost everything you would need for a get away trip. All I needed to do was bring my own food, beverages, and clothing. They provided everything else which was nice for a change, less things to worry about!

I often travel to Heber many times throughout the year as we have friends that own cabins here. We always rent when we come up and this cabin and the interactions that we had dealing with the property management company were the worst! When communicating with them, they were either defensive or non-responsive when expressing our feelings. Upon checking in, we were running 25-30 mins early. We asked if we could do an early check-in and the property management company quickly denied. Upon entering this cabin, it was very noticeable that this cabin in not maintained AT ALL. The exterior of the home, front and back are full of shrubbery and tall weeds. The freezer had something spilled it in and when we took pictures and sent it to them, they told me they could not clean it which was untrue cause we cleaned it. The trash cabinet does not shut. There is chalk written on the back of the house, top and bottom level. The picnic tables outside look like they have never been cleaned. Tile in the master bedroom is broken throughout. The downstairs has holes in the ceiling and many cutouts from incomplete repairs. The Fooseball game downstairs is broken, the beds were uncomfortable, not to mention the AC shuts off/freezes constantly and in the middle of the night we would wake up HOT. The ceiling fans and air vents have thick dust on them as if they have not ever been cleaned. For what they are changing and lack of transparency, I would not spend $0.01 on this cabin. Beware! I

Beautiful home with beautiful amenities. A great getaway stay for a few days. Close to town but seemed far enough away. The stars were amazing at night and the hot tub is a great touch! The staff at Rim Lakes were also responsive and do a good job about checking in. Definitely recommend both the home and company!
