Complaints would be that the tv kept getting louder on its own, the room was hot even when turned down to 60, we never had enough linen for our family and kept having to ask for some. Also, the breakfast on the first morning wasn’t very good, there was no other choice of eggs besides hard boiled eggs and the food was cold. The hotel is very old and it shows."

Everything about our 24 hours at your facility was amazing. Everyone from the bartenders to room service made service Front desk and even valets was top-notch. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Austin except at your hotel. The pool is amazing. The outside bar was right on top of service even when there were maximum capacity in and around the pool. The grill outside made the best hamburger and fruit plate and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Thank you again for the extra touches. Your Omni facility gives to your patrons. "
