"Very good, if somewhat impersonal, service. It was located at the far end of the town on the main road (a 2 minute drive to the shops). The room was amazing with a private pool, comfortable lounge with sky news and very large bed. Water was not unfortunately provided free. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. This is a very good place to stay and I would highly recommend it."

"A lovely 3-night stay at this homely, rustic-style guest house. With a warm, friendly greeting we felt right at home from the start.
In a very convenient, easily walkable, yet quiet location right in the centre of Oudtshoorn, with a delightful garden and pool area and safe on-site parking, this guesthouse is a gem.
Gerry is an outstanding host! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations and information on the area .... he even made restaurant reservations for us. Always friendly and chatty ... we left feeling like friends. Most outstanding, however, was his healthy, generous and freshly-prepared breakfast ... really set us up for the day. Highly recommended!"
