Nous avons louer a la derniere minute et la proprietaire nous a accomoder avec un lit d'extra pour notre 4ieme enfant. La chambre etait tres propre et la salle de bain tres spacieuse avec une belle grande douche et une belle touche d'Eucalypsus pour un sentiment de spa. Nous avons adore notre experience. Je vous le recommende.

Bad experience. Stayed at room above restaurant, restaurant partied all night and left stereo on. Still on full blast at 7AM when we left. No sleep at all due to continuous bass beating. Unless the hotel and restaurant can sort this type of behavior out, I would not stay at British hotel. Got refund, but what I needed was sleep.

Unfortunately we had a mosquito infestation in the room, so bizard cause the room was so clean but full of mosquitos we killed maybe 20 or 30, they bite us so much they were full of blood that they stained the sheets pillow cases and towel ( we used towels to killed then ) no one answered until the next day. It was so late we had to stay we got some mosquito repellent

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de l'hôtel. Cependant, notre chambre (201) était située à l'avant, au dessus du bar; certains clients du bar ont été très bruyants au début de la nuit. L'administration de l'hôtel nous a informés à l'avance de cette situation, et fournit des bouchons pour les oreilles. Toutefois, aucune mention à cet effet est mentionné sur le formulaire de réservation en ligne. Il serait important de le faire à l'avenir.

Great place, very spacious. Easy to access. Close to many great places to eat and drink. We only stayed one night. If I had to make any suggestions I would say adding a hair dryer and a memory foam mattress topper, if not a better mattress. But otherwise really incredible place.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean and spacious and in a wonderful location by Pink Lake in Gatineau and just a 15min drive into downtown Ottawa. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, and the hotel restaurant/bar was great!

Had such a great stay! The room was lovely and the location awesome. The staff was super great and easy to communicate with, check-in and out was incredibly easy and convenient. We will 100% stay there again.

We didn’t like the fact that the shower was not private. We also did not like that the air conditioning only affected one of the rooms. The TV was only for hooking up your own services to, no actual tv to watch. The coffee maker was set up in the extra room which was in an awkward area and it was a quirky nespresso machine. It was a challenge to get our luggage from the parking garage to our room, quite the maze.

Very nice room, with huge shower in the bedroom, just a glass so your roomate can see you shower, it was fun place in good location, we were lucky to find a parking spot in front of the hotel Pub downstairs was very convenient

La suite était bien mais ô combien mal insonorisée, bruits de couloir et des gens dans les chambres au-dessus et que dire du bruit en provenance de la rue !!! Nous étions réveillés dès 5h00 du matin par le va et vient des voitures … Lits confortables et tout était très propre, mais ne réservez pas les chambres qui donnent sur la rue Principale !

La chambre est au dessus d’un bar et fenêtre adjacente à un terrasse avec chansonnier. Gros party les 2 soirs. Nous y étions pour des compétitions avec les 3 kids. Le party avait l’air bien nice mais on a pas dormi beaucoup!
