The hotel staff is on hand and its a great way to get to know fellow travelers and the staff themselves. My friend and I went both nights we were there and talked with Dave, one of the owners and the second night we spoke with Shawn (spelling?) We talked of books and going to Connecticut, to Yale and Mystic for Pizza. "

"This property is wthin walking distance of Woodstock Village Green shops and amenities. We have come to Wassail weekend for 23 years and this was the best of many accomodations. And the host organization was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We hope to come back!"

"Very nice, modern 'cabin' in secluded but convenient part of Woodstock. Less than 5 minute walk to town, elevated on hill to view over the valley and out toward Mt. Tom. Well appointed, very clean with all essentials. Perfect for a couple or small, younger family and dogs welcome which was ideal. Would certainly look to book again anytime of year. "

"This property is conveniently located with on site parking. It is about 10 mins walk into downtown, there are restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Room was great, everything you needed was thought of. I would recommend it very much. "
