「Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast,helpful friendly staff. Close to SUNY Oswego 」

「The staff were really nice. The breakfast was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The only thing they need to pay more attention is to the pool since it was hair the 2 days we been there , does it mean nobody clean it? The bottom of the shower door was a little gross , it was residue there, like they need to use a brush to clean that part . The price was good . I will come back to this hotel next time that I visit Oswego .」

「Before I start this, I’d like to let you know that I already know you’re not gonna respond back to what I write, but I have other ways to let people know exactly how this property is. I was very unsatisfied with this property. First of all they said there was a pool but when we got , the pool is not on the property. You have to walk a block down to best Western to go to the pool they should’ve been told the website so that we would be prepared for that now my biggest issue is I did not like how...

「Half of the parking lot out front is dug up and closed, but it's still possible to drive up to the hotel's reception area/lobby to drop off people/things.」

「The facility is old, so you can hear the sound outside well. There is a bathtub, but it cannot be filled with hot water. Wi-Fi is strong and there is no problem. There are many restaurants and fast food in the vicinity, which is convenient. A hotel that doesn't have a problem if you only stay overnight.」

「Only complaint: no grab bars in the bathroom & no railings by steps. Both of these things are very dangerous for mobility-impaired folks.」

「Clean linens and towels, the office lady was very nice and brought us a baggie of ice. Plenty of parking」
