「Upon arrival, the front desk was disorganized and not customer service oriented. We were simply asked for a $200 security deposit with no explanation of hotel amenities—no Wi-Fi details, brochure, or map. The hotel appears poorly managed and understaffed, and some staff members do not speak English.When we were escorted to our room, we immediately noticed issues. 「Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach. Private pool was very nice and overall good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! 」
