「I highly recommend this place. It far exceeds the pictures the level of modem comfort , appeal and cleanliness. The location, additional is very central. Very close to prominent attractions like The Marina, The Toronto Zoo, Lake Eerie and lovely botanical gardens. 「This is place for refugee or very poor students. No bed sheets, dirty pillows, you get only room, no tables for working, i was on business tri. Wifi and cell signals are down in this basement. Shower and kitchen are shared with others. Aria is ok, in 2 min driving or 10 min walking nice plaza, new one. Not yet polluted by Oshawa homless and drug addict.」

「This was a lovely apartment in the bottom floor of a backyard Laneway house. The owner was responsive to questions and concerns and was very helpful and resolved any issues quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Would Definetly stay again 」
