"I did not feel safe. I couldn’t stay. When arriving at the hotel, I was already checked in by staff. I didn’t need to show ID or my cc. The staff just went off by my name. I thought that was weird. Everywhere I’ve been to always ask for documentation. I only stayed for an hour and left. I’ve been driving for hours and just decided to drive to the nearest biggest town. "

"Helpful staff, good sized room, the most comfortable pull out couch mattress ever! The hotel has loaner sleds to sled down the dunes at White Sands. Convenient location."

"Good breakfast. Nice staff. I did, however, have to call to get an extra trash can and toilet paper. It was like when they cleaned before we came in they forgot to restock or put them back. Other than that it was nice."

"Staff was very helpful with finding local places to eat. The pool and hot tub were a very relaxing after a long day of hiking. The parking in the basement was very convenient for bringing bags in. The property was maintained spotlessly. One day we stayed was a grab and go breakfast but it was a good grab and go (breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches). My wife and I were extremely pleased with the stay."

"This is one of the most racist hotel ever, if you are not a white person or with any, don't stay here. They wouldn't give me a room even at 4pm with a reservation, wouldn't let me to even see the room, but following me nonstop in and out of the lobby. The next morning, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 7am or 8am asking when you will get out of here but if I asked them when checkout time is ,these racists were unresponsive and you may have to do sign language with them as a non white person. And then later they will accuse you for raising your voice. One of the most hateful things I've noticed is the way they are responding was suggestive of gun violence! Not recognizing that they were disturbing the guest. Simply because they would not leave me alone for a nice stay. I noticed these people let military folks checked in even at 10am in the morning the next day, but they wouldn't let me check in even at 4pm the previous day. And let me tell everyone, if you are involved with a white guy in military, these racists think it's all their business, it's the reason why they harasse me and not let me to even have a nice day!"
