「I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests.While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink...

「Place was so dirty we switched to another location after one night. Found a dead mouse in the drain of the kitchen sink.」

「The cottage is exactly as described. The setup with the bathroom between the two bedrooms is great, and we appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Excellent location for birding in the State Park, and seeing a little group of red-breasted mergansers floating on the lake—while taking the dog around the property for a last little walk before we left—was a bonus.」

「Pictures show a lake view. That is the view of the home owner. Thick wildfires and hot weather made the accommodations unlivable. Smoke filled the cabin. Asked for a refund from host based on environmental conditions and they simply replied that no refunds are issued for weather. They recommended I cancel the cabin stay with no refund because I was not a good fit for their property.」

「Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the cabin feel with all the modern features especially on the rainy days. We usually bring our dogs when we go so we appreciate those that are pet friendly like this place.」
