Green Hill Hotel Onomichi
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the Green Hill Hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the room absolutely spotless. I was in Onomichi for the Shimanami Kaido experience plus a day of sightseeing and I thought the hotel was perfectly located for both of those. It is also right in front of the train station, quite practical. The availability of the laundry in the hotel was really a plus. Will definitely return to the Onomichi area and at this hotel. I highly recommend."

"We missed our connection and made last minute reservation. 5 min walk from the terminal. Looked new but was told it’s over 30 yo. Pleasant surprise to get lounge access. BF was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Staff super helpful. Room was small and amenities basic but super good value for money. Enthusiastically recommended!"

"We had just finished a two day 75 km bike ride and we’re ready to relax. Fortunately, this was the most luxurious hotel we had booked on our entire trip and when we arrived, we were not disappointed. The hotel screams old world charm with its ornate lobby and elaborate boutiques. The room was beautiful without standing views of the city and bridges and our dinner on the 23rd floor, Teppanyaki restaurant with a private chef was unparalleled on the entire trip. This is a bit of an indulgence by Japan standards, but certainly worth it!"

"The hotel was nice! There were no staff, but it was easy to check in on the tablet by the front. The room was very small but inexpensive. Also there is no bathroom in the room but the amenities outside of the room were clean."
