"My family of 3 stayed two nights at Hinodeya and it was a wonderful experience all around! This was our first visit to the Izu-Penninsula and we had such a great time. The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating, truly good spirits in this generational owned ryokan. The baths were very relaxing, the entire place was very clean and good spirits all around. If you’re looking for a family run experience vs. a corporate hotel, I highly suggest staying. Also, their massage chair is...

Loved the onsen (hot spring) tub on the balcony and spacious room with great amenities. It was a whole experience type of stay, above and beyond our expectations in beautiful Izu Kogen surrounded in nature. Family ran in the best way possible. Highly recommend!"
