All the staff were very kind, helpful and even helped us learn some Japanese words to add on to what we had already leant. Big thanks to the breakfast elder ladies. They were so kind with my family. The property was in walking distance from the stations and longer walk can take you all the way to the big shopping area.

Don’t miss breakfast: the ladies responsible for it are the kindest most fun people you’ll meet. Also do try the complimentary skin care products: they are really good! Hotel is located in walking distance from metro and Dotonbori.

Hospitable receptionist! Was struggling with my luggage before my check-in time but they offered to keep the luggage for me. Very convenient to popular shopping district (Shisaibashi, Dotonbori). Overall was satisfied with my stay :)

Disappointent and Super Annoyed

We decided on this hotel because we wanted to bring our pet but because they didnt mention on hotels.com that only specific rooms allowed pets, we had to find other means for our pets accommodation. That literally ruined the first 2 nights of our trip. Very disappointed. They also only have 2 parking spaces so its always full it seems. Thankfully there are other parking spaces around, just double the price.
