Expedia has prevented my feedback repeatedly (four times) and reminded me : Do not mention specific prices or room rates Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information None of this was done. Bottom line, I stayed on three occasions over 17 days. The first stay was good, but there is no staff on duty and I did not get check in instructions. Fortunately, a local helped me call. I did receive check in instructions for the second and third stay but the toilet in the room for these stays was ridiculously small. I could not even face front while sitting on the seat because it was right against the wall. I had to sit at an angle. I knocked my knee against the bathroom sink each time I stepped into the tub to shower because the sink was half way across the tub. I asked for the same room after the first stay but got a different room. If I got it, my review would be 5 stars.

ゴールデンウィーク　関西旅行＆ユニバーサルスタジオジャパンに遊びに行くのに利用させていただきました。設備等は問題無く　快適に過ごさせてもらいました心斎橋駅からも近く　ホテルの周りは　飲食店も沢山あります。また　旅行の際は利用させてもらいたい。

客室は清潔だった。 フロントは無人でカギはロッカーから受け取るシステムだったので、基本的には対応なし。 見かけたときには挨拶をしてくれるので対応は悪くない。 ロケーションとしては、アメリカ村の中にあるので夜間は若者が外で騒いでいる声が聞こえてきたりするので耳栓を持参するとよく眠れるかもしれない。 部屋は広くないが必要最低限のものは置いてあるので、安さ重視で選ぶなら有りだと思う。
