"We absolutely loved our stay here. Manuel and Alexandra were exceptional hosts who made us feel truly welcome and at home from the very beginning. Their knowledge of the local trails was impressive—they even planned a fantastic hike for us, including great recommendations on where to stop for lunch and what to order. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, and each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would happily stay here again."

"Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

"Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip from Vienna to Rome, this one was undoubtedly the best. The historic residence offered the amenities that made us feel well taken care of, comfortable, and surrounded by the high-quality service we were looking for on this trip."
"We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and was in the most convenient location! The owners/staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. We asked for many things during our stay (a fan, drying rack, kettle, forks and plates, etc.) and each time we were greeted with graciousness and kindness!
Access to the pool center across the street was an added bonus after long days of hiking.
Take advantage of being within walking distance of the Mont Seuc cable car! We also enjoyed both restaurants across the street, plus being so close to the DESpar (which we frequented quite a lot!).
Free parking is another added bonus! Washer/dryer is available for 4 euro per cycle, which was also wonderful."
"Amazing stay! The hosts Alexandra and Manuel go above and beyond. The property is cozy and close to the town center. It’s a great HQ for exploring the Dolomites in comfort."
"One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour."
"Amazing place with great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room with nice mountain views, nice gym, great relaxing pool, complementary parking and great complementary fitness and outdoor classes. Alessandro was great and precise in his instructions for indoor and outdoor activities.
Special kudos to Alessandro (fitness) and also Louis and Dario whom were very attentive to the guest needs and super friendly / enjoyable.
The only improvements would be:
1. Install AC as it was a furnace even with a fan
2. Add cable tv with better channels
3. Add carpet in the room above as it was very noisy at times with kids running up and down their wood floor room (especially between 10 and 11.30 pm)
Other than that the place for awesome and would come back for sure."
"Residence Altea is a wonderful base for exploring Ortisei. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the town center, restaurants, and shops. The efficiency apartment was comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the convenient parking made coming and going easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return."
