"The property was perfectly located in the heart of the city centre, but tucked away nicely so that it was not too noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided free bus tickets to commute around. The unfortunate part was that the room was not air conditioned. But the staff were very helpful and provided us a fan. The interior was OK. But as there was no air conditioning, the windows are always open and that led to a couple of bugs coming in."
