"Not as clean as it was 2 years ago . Morning staff didn’t even get up out of chair to talk to me . She was too busy on her phone. Carpeting needs replacing! Especially in the rooms . No chair on my lake side balcony. Pool closed and I was not made aware of this until we arrived"
