Use of Amenities

* Pool heating is available for an additional cost. Note that the
property does not have a hot tub; the pool will be warm but not
hot.
* Guests must notify the host in advance if planning to use the BBQ
grill; a setup and cleaning fee will apply.
* Pool towels are provided and should be kept in the home at all
times.
* Weekly pool cleaning and BBQ propane checks will be conducted;
guests can request notification of these inspections to avoid
inconvenience.

Waste Disposal

* Door-step trash collection begins after 11 AM daily.
* All waste should be bagged and tied.
* Loose items and hazardous materials will not be collected.
* Cardboard boxes should be broken down before disposal.

Shipping Policy

* Deliveries can be made via private carriers or USPS. The resort
does not handle or store packages on behalf of guests.
