Excellent property if going to theme parks in the area. 30 minutes to Disney properties, 30-45 minutes to Universal (traffic dependent), and 20 minutes to Sea World. While it is a little outdated like others mentioned, the location and amenities at the property easily make up for the older decor. Private pool at the house and if you want something larger, an exit from the back screened patio puts you right at the two swimming pools at the property. A path around the on-property pond is perfect if you have dogs, with doggie bag stations to clean up after them. All in all this is an excellent spot if you're looking for proximity to all the parks in the area.

A great place to stay. Gated community with two pools and hot tubs, and a small personal pool in the backyard. Close to everything needed. Great owners who respond in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked, perfect if you like to cook most of your own meals.

Home away from home

Incredibly relaxing stay. Central location nearby to dining, Disney and shopping/grocery. Resort pool on premises was great but the private personal pool at night was arguably better. No complaints and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We’re a large family with four children and a service animal, and the space was more than adequate for all of us. The property also features a small patio pool as well as a main pool; unfortunately, the weather was too cold during our stay to take advantage of them. Our primary reason for staying was our trip to Disney, and the location worked perfectly for that.We would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property 3 times. The owner is very quick to respond to any issues. The townhome is very nice. The living room couches are extremely comfortable. Access to the pool is very close. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies. Their price to stay there is very reasonable, and we just love renting from them.

Best vrbo experience!

This place was beautiful and very comfortable for my family. The check-in was easy and It was clean and tidy on arrival. The community was very quiet and the grounds were kept up nicely. Our pool and outdoor area was very relaxing after all day in the parks. This area has plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Mr Eduardo was very prompt when i asked any questions prior and during our stay.
