Just minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World, this pet-friendly 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath end-unit townhome is located in the gated community of Compass Bay. Guests enjoy access to the community pool, and this home is one of four beautifully maintained townhouses in the same building—perfect for larger groups traveling together.



Professionally decorated with inviting décor and thoughtful amenities, the home is designed for comfort and convenience. While pets are welcome, a pet fee and pet screening are required.



Kitchen & Dining

The upgraded kitchen features wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and quality small appliances. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils, it’s ready for anything from a quick snack to a family feast. The dining table seats six, with space for three more at the breakfast bar.

The open living space is furnished with high-end pieces and a flat-screen TV—an easy spot to relax after a day in the parks.

Amazing place to stay at and very close to Epcot/Universal. This is perfect to anyone who is traveling or wants to do a staycation. I will say the parking is a little tight so if traveling with a large group, definitely recommend carpooling instead. The owner was very responsive when I had questions before, during, and after my stay.

Decent enough to stay

This rental was very close to shops and the areas where we needed to be. All of the kids were sick because of the dust. The owner may eant to consider new ventilation, deeper cleaning, or purchase of air purifiers. The beds in the double bed/ twin bedrooms were not stidry and separating from the wall. ..

The property was nice. However, we really couldn't enjoy the full experience of the property do to construction that we were not informed about. Men were renovated the house and doing roof and home the whole time of our stay.

Little details

The only issue for us is that the tub on the master bath do not have a shower . The shower head is there but it is not connected. They should be specific about that. The mattress on the master is very comfortable, but the beds on the bunk room and the twin beds are not that good.

Excellent place and Location

Very comfortable place, as is at the pictures beautiful. Close to all Central Florida attractions. Very quiet neighborhood with controlled access. No noises at all; and there parking in front of the unit and arondings areas.

Convenient, spacious rental

We checked in with no issues. The house was just as pictured. We weren’t left any dishwasher pods, but other than that, we had all we needed. This house was close to a highway, so if you’re a light sleeper you will her cars all night long. The parking was somewhat of an issue bc we drive SUVs and they both wouldn’t fit in the drive way and the street parking was all full.

Excellent Property

This place is a 10 out of 10 but a 10+ out of 10 for the cost. This exceeded my expectations. Great location to parks and golf courses. We were in town for a dance contest at Hyatt regency grand Cypress near Disney Springs and this house was way better for us than staying in a much more expensive hotel room. I saw the reviews about the parking on streets but I have a Ford F150 and didn’t have any issues driving the streets or parking 2 vehicles in driveway (one Vehicle stuck out into road a little but not too far). Absolutely wonderful week long stay and will do it again on our next trip.

Check-in and parking issues

We had checkin issues…even though we booked thru VRBO, property manager communicated via email, not via VRBO app. The emails come from iTrip, not VRBO!! 30 mins before checkin, I was told since I did not book 7 days in advance they needed me to send a pic of me holding my drivers license AND a pic of credit card used to book showing last 4 #s. Even though seemed sketchy, I had no choice. Inside home was very nice and no complaints. However very small driveway that does not hold 2 vehicles for a home that sleeps 10. Neighbors are parked everywhere on streets. You can barely drive down the streets. It was a parking nightmare! We were lucky to have no damage to our vehicles.

Disney/Universal vacation

This place was a great in between with easy driving conditions to the theme parks. Very functional place for a family of 5. The only downsides were parking at the VRBO rental due to overcrowding of nearby vehicles that sometimes blocked the driveway. Garage was too small and unavailable for use. Then the dryer took an extended time to dry which makes me wonder if there’s buildup in the line. I really enjoyed being close to Walmart/grocery stores if any items were needed.

nice accomodations in a good location

Plenty of space for our family of 7. Lots of silverware, cups, plates, and dishes if you will be eating there. We had a toilet that started running that was fixed as soon as we let the property managers know. A couple notes: it was pretty sparse on toilet paper and paper towels. Also, there wasn't any salt, pepper, or other spices that sometimes other guests leave.

Kissimmee Stay

Our stay was wonderful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Bedrooms were all nicely decorated. Had to rearrange some dishes to make room for groceries. Parking is extremely tight and there were a couple times our code wouldn’t let us in the neighborhood. I would recommend this place.

Everything we needed for a great stay

The property was very clean and well maintained. We noticed a few things that could have been fixed before our arrival but it didn't affect our stay that much. One of the shower curtains had mold on it, the vent cover in another bathroom was open and exposed with dust hanging out of it, and some of the sliding door curtain panels were missing which caused the house to become warmer when the sun shined in. Otherwise, the house was clean and accommodating to our needs. It was close to Disney and our family we were visiting. It was close to many stores and restaurants although we didn't eat out. We tried to cook meals at the house and the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and cookware so that was a great amenity. One thing that I think could be improved is the amount of toilet paper and trash bags that are provided to start out. The trash receptacle was very close to the house which was great because, personally, I hate having to go far to take trash and so having it right by the unit was convenient. The neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe staying in this gated community. The swimming pool was also really nice. We accessed it on two different days and it was a wonderful amenity to have. It was clean and had a nice sitting area. Overall, we recommend this property and would book it again. It has a lot to offer and we were very pleased to stay here.

Beautiful home

Thank you for hosting our family for three days! The home is beautifully decorated (I love the cor 2-5:7 sign at the top of the stairs). Super clean and very comfortable. Hope to return again.

Very Convenient

Our stay was very comfortable at the Compass Bay home. We felt at home as soon we arrived. Everything was very clean and efficient. What I loved was that everything was close by, from the Convention Center where the Jesus Image conference was being held to the Disney Parks. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Great property, would definitely stay again

Overall this was a great stay. The house was clean, and had mostly what we needed. There were a couple remotes missing to some TVs, and the remotes we did have had dead batteries. That made for some grumpy and sleepy kids after a day of travel. The close proximity of stores was very convenient, we made a few store runs for batteries, paper towels, foil, cooking spray, coffee and coffee filters, etc. As we approach the property, about an hour away, I realized they didn't have any check in instructions. It took about an hour for our host to respond, and only responded that we had received an email a week prior. However, I had no email in my junk or main email. They resent it soon after and it gave a code for the door. When we arrived at the property, it was dark and raining and the code we were given did not work to the property. It took over an hour to get a response from the host, telling us that there was a key in a lock box near the front door. That would have been great information when we first arrived and were having trouble. Once we finally got into the house, it was clean and comfortable, plenty of space and had games and coloring stuff for our kids. We were all cozy and happy to be inside. A maintenance person came and took a look at the key pad but we just used the one key for our entire stay. We returned it back to the lock box, and when we left noticed that the keypad was dead. Maybe the issue was a dying battery. Overall, would recommend!

Overall Great, only one concern

We really enjoyed the location and our overall stay at this house. The only issue we had was with a little of the cleanliness. I understand that it is a pet friendly house but there was a very large amount of dog hair on the living room carpet and in the master bedroom. I usually don't have any issues, because we also own animals, but we were constantly brushing off our clothes and with littles crawling around they had it all over them. This would not be at fault of the owner but maybe the cleaning crew just needs a new vacuum or one that can focus on animal hair! Again, overall very pleased.
