Huge home that looked just like the pictures, tasteful Disney art in the rooms, plenty of space to be together or apart. Nice gate community and the little welcome package and lovely smelling bath and kitchen products were a pleasant surprise. Very clean except for the carpets, they are in need of a deep cleaning. Pool was lovely but note that there are metal fences so you can see all the neighbors in their pools also, they smiled and we had no issues but there's no privacy outside. Spa and pool are not heated but we still enjoyed it. The customer service was exceptional, unlike any other rental we've had with their quick text responses and option to stay later for a reasonable fee (which we did, it was so nice to have until 6pm and relax after a day at Disney). We were even offered a few more nights at a discount if we wanted them. Will 100% stay here or at any of their properties again because of their attention to their customers, it truly was one of the best stays we've had through VRBO. Way less than 3 hotel rooms and only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney parks.
