Cheer Competition

We stayed for UCA nationals at WDW. This is the first year we didnt stay in Disney property so we were a little nervous. The property was just as described and pictured. The condo had a funny smell, almost like the smell when a house has been vacant for a while. The shower has some mold/mildew stains in the grout. Otherwise it was very clean! The mattress in the master needs to be replaced..it is very uncomfortable and sags in the middle.We have already planned to stay in Storey Lake when we come back next year! Other than the upstairs neighbors stomping around at 5 am everyday, we really enjoyed our stay!

Review

We had a nice time at the condo. Only a few suggestions that would make it better would be, a fenced in dog park at the resort and we were disappointed that the hot tub at the clubhouse was not working during our stay. We did enjoy the condo and the view off the balcony was amazing.

Beautiful condo, needs good housekeeping

Property is beautiful. Only downside is it needs better housekeeping- carpets were very poorly vacuumed, dust and other tenants hair in bathroom corners. Coffee machine was provided but no filters to fit machine left which would be nice. There is only 1 flat skillet to use that would not work even to make omelet for the family. All soap dispensers were empty. At the time of the checkout manager asked if I want late checkout at 4pm at additional cost. When I asked to check out an hour later they replied that they have someone moving in immediately after we leave so would not allow 11am check out…other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything I needed

All in all, a very pleasant experience. Check-in and stay went smoothly. Clean inside. Pictures online are on target. The outside patio could have used some attention with the brushing down of bugs caught in cobwebs but since we did not access it much, it was fine. I would recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

Short Stay

This place is overall a nice place to stay. However, there are some minor issues. First off, the management for the property ask for way too much information to be able to check in. I have never had to send a selfie of me, my credit card and ID. There should be no reason for this. Next, getting into the location can be a nightmare. The line at the front gate can get really long due to no one understanding how to use the gate pass. Next, when we checked in, the were a few issues with cleanliness but nothing major. Also, no pool towels were provided for the pool. The pool area itself was nice but very crowded and tough to find a spot to sit. Overall, good stay with minor inconveniences.

Unit was not clean, floors had not been mopped, a lot of dog hair in the condo, we could not use the balcony due all the dead bugs. Great location, loved the layout, the pools were wonderful. Will rent again but from another agency. Great price considering condo living vs hotel living.

The condo

The condo was very beautiful. There were a couple of small things that were sone prior to our stay just reported them at check n and got email back fast I would recommend if you plan on cooking there You may want to bring some serving dishes with you and kitchen size and bathroom trash bags not many supplies. Other than that great place Everything else is there very friendly place we had a great view and even got to watch baby croc in water from our hello y. Definitely would recommend this vacation priperty

Fab apartment. Great location. Nice and clean. Great amenities. There was absence of a hoover/mop or broom. Messaged the team and they had one delivered to the apartment very promptly. Couldn’t fault it. Great place and look forward to another stay in the future.

Dogs stolen from condo!!! BEWARE!!! Awful condo management!!!

The condo itself is decent but DO NOT take your pets there. Our two dogs were stolen out of the unit and it took us getting the cops involved to get them back. And we were told by others in the condo that the same thing happened the week prior! No inside deadbolts or locks on the door so really anyone with a code or master key can enter at any time. And cops searched the outside of the hallways and absolutely no security cameras are in place. Makes it the perfect set up to steal pets. Insight Hospitality Management was absolutely awful to deal with. It took the desk manager Lily 3 days to call us back and she was rude, unsympathetic, unethical and impossible to deal with. There’s so many Orlando condos out there… do yourself a favor and pick a different one or at least don’t bring your pets. Definitely something suspicious going on here and I hate for anyone else to go through the nightmare we did!

Ideal location for visiting Disney

Our family enjoyed our spring break week! The kids loved the water slides and lazy river at the resort. We visited Disney for a day and the location was very convenient and easy to travel to and from Disney. The condo was very clean and spacious.

The condo was great, location to Disney was very convenient, and access to Hideaway Club was nice. Maybe add more detail to the listing about kitchen and toiletry supplies provided/not provided by property and details about the Hideaway Club. Overall, our family vacation was perfect. Thanks!

Nice property, great location for Disney and Universal

This property is in a great location, very easy to get to Disney and Universal, with route options to avoid traffic congestion for both parks. Close to restaurants and a Publix grocery and other shopping. It is very updated, clean and spacious. The second bedroom is tight quarters with the bunk bed and full bed, but it is nice to have the multiple bed options. The master bed and bath were a great size and comfortable. Bathrooms are a great size, and so is the living area. The Deck is covered with a nice view of the pond. Laundry was great to have. Easy check in process. The only thing that surprised us was the limited "supplies" like toilet paper (one extra roll), one paper towel, no kleenex, two dishwasher soap pods, no hand soap, no coffee filters, etc. We had to purchase the toilet paper, coffee filters, kleenex, etc, after we arrived. The property is really wonderful so this was a small inconvenience, but not something we are used to dealing with at other rentals. It is a gated community with lots of buildings, but clearly full of tourists. We also enjoyed the "club" with the pool and bar that we had access to with the rental. It is a great pool area for kids and to soak up some sun with a cocktail. Overall, we would easily rent again and just pack extra TP :)

Bugs

Unfortunately this place was not clean at all. There were spider webs oh dead bugs in the kitchen. The back porch was non accessible due to the thousands of baby mosquitos swarming all over. We notified the property manager who told us he would take care of it ASAP. Unfortunately, no one came during our trip to take care of the issue. I would not rent this property again.
