Bring the whole family to Disney Dream, our spacious seven-bedroom villa in Terra Verde Resort, a gated community in Kissimmee near Orlando's world-famous theme parks. With room for up to 14 guests, a private south-facing pool and hot tub, beautiful lake views and a games room, there's something for every generation to enjoy.

Space for the Whole Family

Our villa has seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds each, including a Disney-themed room. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV.

Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an in-home washer and dryer. The games room features a pool table, air hockey, Xbox and two TVs.

Your Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Relax beside your south-facing private swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the lake. Enjoy outdoor dining, cook on the gas BBQ and make use of the retractable shade awning.

Optional pool and hot tub heating: USD $27 per day for the entire stay. Heating is not included in the nightly rate. Please request it at least two days before arrival so the pool has time to warm up.

Gated Entry & Parking

Terra Verde charges a mandatory, one-time USD $25 entry fee per overnight vehicle for the entire stay. This is not a nightly fee. Day visitors who do not stay overnight are exempt.

Up to four vehicles may park at the villa. Additional vehicles must use designated resort parking, subject to resort rules. Guests must present photo identification and their booking confirmation at the security gate.

Important Information Before Booking

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests.

No-party policy: Parties, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Confirmed party-policy violations may result in a USD $600 charge, subject to the rental agreement, applicable law and booking-platform rules.

Noise monitoring: A privacy-friendly noise-decibel monitor is installed. It measures sound levels and duration without recording audio, video or conversations.

Pool safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool, hot tub and lake. No glass is permitted near the pool.

Check-in: From 4 PM. Checkout: Firmly by 10 AM to allow our cleaning team to prepare the home for incoming guests.
