Great Pool Villa with Water View near Disney

This vacation villa situated at Sunrise Lakes has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests at once. While this home is situated amongst green conservation areas next to a pond it’s still ideally located with some of the more famous theme parks such as Disney World. The living room makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day out at the parks. It has 3 comfortable sofas with soft throw cushions and a TV for your entertainment. The L-shaped kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and has modern appliances. It’s also open and light, making this an enjoyable place to make your meals. The dining area has a wooden table and 6 chairs. This villa has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, offers a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed. And bedroom 4 a bunk bed. Three out of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so there won’t be any shortage of entertainment in the home. The pool area and covered patio provide a great view of the lake and make for a great place to relax in the sun or in the shade. The mesh screening around the pool creates more privacy, but at the same time, allows you to look outside. Choose to relax poolside on one of the comfy sun loungers or alternatively, relax at the patio furniture set under cover. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee).

Community Description


Sunrise Lakes vacation rental home community in the Orlando, Florida area is located 1 mile north of West US Highway 192 on US 27. Sunrise Lakes lies perfectly midway between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, both of which are less than an hour’s drive. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes’ drive. Walt Disney World is located a short 10-minute drive with other Orlando attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios less than 30 minutes away. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and a pharmacy. All of the essential amenities including a bank, gas station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Lowe's and a variety of shops, restaurants, and local pubs are only minutes away that cater to every taste and price range. The area is growing and changing so there is always a new restaurant opening for you to try! There are many restaurants on US 192, just 5 minutes away. So, everything you need is very close to your vacation rental home at Sunrise lakes.

The house was nice clean lots of room . Bedrooms and bathrooms was great . Easy off 27 good location lots of gas stations and Walmart near by . Could have been more child proof with a 1 yr old need electric covers and lower cabinet locks .
