The Space:

RESORT STYLE POOL HOT TUB & FITNESS AREA

This condominium is close to pool and hot tub area. Exit the back porch stairs and you are right by the fitness area, where the quiet pool and hot tub area await.



LVING ROOM

The living room has a fantastic large window to let light in when you want. There is a couch and dining table in this room. A large TV is there where for unwinding after a day at the parks, or beach and watching some TV.



KITCHEN

The kitchen includes the usual appliances (dishwasher, oven, Refrigerator, microwave, and more) plus a Mickey coffee maker that makes hot coffee. Plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans can be found in the cabinets as well, some that are Mickey themed.



DINING AREA

There is a dining table that seats six in the living area. The bar next to the kitchen seats 3 more. We also supply you with a fun popcorn maker. There is a MICKEY High Chair!!



BEDROOMS/OFFICE Areas

There are 3 bedrooms, with an office table and chair in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed, with the 3rd bedroom having a bunk bed with 2 twin beds.



Guest Access:

Guests reside in the entire condo area, The outdoors areas are shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet community, close to restaurants and entertainment. Less than 2 miles from the restaurants of Sunset Walk, Publix, Target and all other places to help you stock up! Message us for our latest listing of the best restaurants and restaurant specials.



Getting Around:

Condo is close to US192. Less than 1/4 mile from Bus Stops for public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

The Condo is located on a secluded lane in the community. There is a separate gate for our small section of this community.
