House was perfect for an extended family. House was very clean and came with everything you could use. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom and 2 different living room areas. Outdoor space was also great!

Very comfortable and clean home. Pool was great and we used it a lot during our stay in June as it was HOT. Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfy. Really enjoyed out stay.

Perfect location and place for a Thanksgiving wknd stay! Each room had its own private bathroom which was very nice for our family. Kitchen was stocked for us to prepare a nice meal on the holiday. Location was great close to UCF where our daughter works! I can’t say enough good about this property!

Family getaway

Casa Winter Park had everything we needed and more! Great location with shopping nearby and close to downtown Winter Park! So much space to accommodate our large family. Every bedroom has a en suite bathroom, perfect for privacy. The large family room, kitchen and pool/backyard was amazing to entertain family before and after the wedding.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house from the street does not even begin to show how amazing the place is. You walk in and immediately feel at home, but also on vacation. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen having everything we needed. I would stay here again 100%.

Family get together

Booked this VRBO as we were having a family get together. It was perfect for all our guests who stayed and those who visited for the day. Weekend Family Trip

We stayed at Casa Winter House for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is fully equipped to have a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking space and the backyard is huge and perfect for entertaining the family. The host provided all necessary information, we didn’t have to call at all. Absolutely recommend!

Needed a place for some family to stay the weekend of my daughter’s wedding (lives in Orlando). This place was perfect. Met all of our needs. 4 bedrooms, each one with a full bath. Huge kitchen and great room. Outdoor pool with covered gazebo’s. Would 100% stay again if in area.

Great set up for my family

Property was clean and well maintained, for example the furnace and fridge filters were all new. This is frequently not the case in these rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a lot of little extras on the property that I appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great. It was perfect for our needs. I’d stay here again.

Great location and Accommodations

We came to see a football game. 6 men in our 50's. It was the perfect spot with enough beds for each of us to have their own. Kitchen is brand new as is the whole inside of the house. The back yard and pool area served us well. We were able to grill out most nights. It is located walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, CVS and restaurants.

Nice house for the family and more!

A hidden gem! Very spacious! We needed a place big enough for our family and a baby shower, this home was perfect! The inside was very spacious and was complete with everything we needed, and more. The fenced in backyard gave a feeling of seclusion, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool and playset while the adults enjoyed the pergola setting! Our contact person was quick to respond, polite and friendly too!

Family July 4th get together!!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Winter Park. Everything was immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the backyard with the flat grill, gazebo and swimming pool. We had everthing we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of silverware and crockery for our party of 6. The unit was well stocked with the essential toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. My son enjoyed playing the grand piano in the living room. I highly reccomend Casa WinterPark and will definitely stay here again nexr time I am in the area.

Great second stay

This was our second time staying in this property while visiting nearby family for the holidays, and everything about the house was great! The location couldn’t have been better for our needs, and there’s a ton of space for some small group socializing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed. Everyone appreciate having a private bathroom in their bedroom. We didn’t make use of the pool or patio this year due to the time of year and weather, however, we have found them very comfortable in the past. Highly recommend for a family group visiting the Winter Park area.

Wedding in Orlando

Overall our stay was wonderful! Juan was very good in keeping in touch, unfortunately I didn’t receive the code until 45 minutes after we were there. It took us a while to get in touch with him, but he was out of the country. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Juan’s property is beautiful, with high end appliances and furnishings and every possible thing you might need in the kitchen. The mattresses were all comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We had 7 family members, with three generations aged 6-70 staying for my daughter’s wedding in Winter Park, so the well-equipped laundry room was a huge plus, as were the four bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed winding down in the beautiful backyard oasis and relaxing in the pool the day after the wedding. The property is right off a busy road, and there is some traffic noise, but it wasn’t extremely loud inside. It was nice being so close to Publix. The kids really enjoyed the artwork and learning to play dominoes! I would definitely recommend this property.

Inside/Out

The inside of this property is excellent being well appointed and equipped. The layout is also well designed.The outside has in my opinion one major issue- the gate to access the inner, more secure parking area. The gate is completely nonfunctional and honestly more trouble than its worth using. You have to hand open each side of this 2 piece swinging gate in opposite directions and prop them open with a brick or stone. Plus the latch to secure both sides is almost unusable. Some of the outside spotlights are out which is an easy fix. Traffic noise in the front bedrooms could be an issue for some however a 'white noise' sleeping device is provided to soften the impact.We would stay here again if the gate was completely replaced with a modern, code accessed, remote opener.
