3rd floor condo/apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Refurbished July 2024.
Located directly by Lake Cay, with a great view over the lake. You can also enjoy the seasonal Sea World Fireworks from the balcony ! Pool area with 'regular' pool and children's pool right outside. Gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burger and Asian restaurants within easy walking distance. Entire unit air-conditioned, elevators in the building, and wireless internet. Washing room with washer and dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Fridge with ice / water, coffee maker etc. Living room with 42' HDTV and sofa group. Every bedroom has 32' HDTV, drawers and walk in closet. Master and 2nd bedroom has King Size beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 x Twin beds.

Perfect Getaway Spot – Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo! The space was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone in our group to feel right at home. Each bedroom was cozy and well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Check-in was seamless—clear instructions and no stress. The location was great, with plenty to do nearby, but also quiet and relaxing when we wanted to wind down.Highly recommend this condo for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation spot. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean. The check in process was easy. The apartment is right next door to a supermarket and some takeaway places which were great to have there after a long day at the parks We used the pool several times which is just next to the apartment, it was great for our 4 year old as it was a good depth for him.

Great Unit, Super Convenient, and Very Clean

We enjoyed 10 days in this unit. It is super convenient to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Sea World, and others. The unit was as described and very clean. The master mattress was nice, but a little firmer than I like. The guest bath needs a longer shower curtain so water doesn't come out of the shower. I would stay in this unit again!

Love vista cay

In town for aau national’s volleyball. The condo ( except for an internet and cable glitch) and new pool were perfect. 3rd year at vista cay and will definitely be back next year.

Excellent Condo and Location

Lovely and clean and very good sized Condo, catering for up to six. Location is perfect, with a 20 minute drive to all disney parks and the same to Universal. Very close to Sea World and Discovery Cove which were less than a 10 minute drive. Check in and out was simple and the room was lovely. Host Torgier was helpful and explained everything clearly on booking. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Florida. Highly recommended

Close to all the parks

The condo was very spacious and there’s a super market right next to the complex. The pools are refreshing and clean. I would stay here again the next time I am in Orlando.

Perfect spot for everything

This is such a great spot. I went for work and my family went with me. It’s close enough to the convention center and still close enough to all the parks. Restaurants are relatively close and the market is walking distance. Even though the pool area was being remodeled the pool was open and they all got to hang out and sun bath by the pool. Love it and I’ll do the same place next time as well.

No communication

Spent over two hours trying everything to get the codes for entry. The phone number from reservation and internet kept saying number no longer in service. Had to quickly make other arrangements. Never stayed in unit. Now the owner wants to charge me.

Great property for girls' spring break weekend getaway!

This is the third time I've stayed at Vista Cay while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and I'm sure to stay again. I've always had a good experience. It would be nice if they could make extra towels and toilet paper more accessible for properties that are farther from the clubhouse, and this property needs the WiFi code posted somewhere so guests don't have to track down the owner for the WiFi password. Other than that, everything was clean and as described, and these units are more affordable and more comfortable than the hotels near the convention center. Being close to Publix and some restaurants is a great plus, but the pools and hot tubs are even better.

Great location, comfortable and well appointed property

The location of this property could not be beat for our purposes. We needed a fully supplied kitchen, which this property had. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Only complaint was that we had difficulty working the cable boxes and tvs. Seemed there were remotes missing, especially in the bedrooms. But overall, I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

Great condo

Came for a short visit to visit my parents on Thanksgiving. This property is amazing and we will definitely try to book it when we visit again. Very well appointed and spacious. Lots of storage. Comfortable beds and couch. Top notch. My only suggestion is to add a bench in the primary bathroom shower. Other than that, one of the best properties we have stayed in and highly recommend.

Great location, excellent amenities

Stay was great, the condo was clean, and the location is excellent. Pools were both very nice, the view from the balcony can’t be beat. Grocery store, dining, and a Dunkin’ with. A short walk. Property management was extremely helpful. The coffee maker didn’t work the first day, not a huge deal, they replaced it immediately. Really was a perfect place for our stay.

Business week

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay, same building different apartments. The location is perfect for us, close to OCCC, to all parks, a walking distance Publix and restaurants. No need for renting a car, we UBER. $25 from airport to Vista, $9 from Vista to OCCC, etc.. big savings in transportation. What I really like about the apartment is the location, it has a kitchen, Laundry, very clean, quiet neighbors... We will be back on January and Sept 2023.

Great Place

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. It was very close to the Convention Center where our event was held and also close to several activities and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! BTW - you could see the fireworks clearly from the balcony! Very nice stay!

Vista Kay

Our stay was good. Property was maintained well. Clean and accessible to many attractions. The only negative is they dont do much about other condos causing too much noise all hours of the night even when you call security or front office to explain this was an issue.

Great condo!

From the very start with booking this condo, we had an excellent experience. Torgeir was quick to get back with me in my initial message and then when I requested to extend our stay. Checking in and out was super simple too. This was a very clean condo (way cleaner than hotels). Great place and location with all the amenities with a quick walk to the pool. This condo is so close to Publix and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this host and condo. Thank you for a great stay!
