Family getaway

This rental was a beautiful. The house accommodated all 9 of us perfectly. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. If I had to say one bad thing about this place it was the door to the pool was hard to open and close from the outside. But I still give it a 5 star rating

Amazing Stay for Families or Golfers

Nick was a great host. This house was large with plenty of room for everyone. We only had 4 adults, but could have easily accomodated 7 or 8. The spa actually gets hot (other places get to luke warm, at beat). The gated community had a central pool and community area. We would definitely stay here again next time in Orlando. Thank you, Nick!!!

Would stay there again

Property was as described and shown in pictures. The children really enjoyed the pool area and you have a lot of privacy with the trees behind the house. Would definitely stay there again. Just be sure to bring some basic household supplies, such as dish soap, kitchen sponge, bathroom soaps, toilet paper, towel paper.

Once in a lifetime dream vacation

We stayed at this beautiful home in the most perfect location. 15 of us, enjoyed the whole house, and its private pool. The property even had a community gym and water park available to us. We did the gambit of amusement parks and even the mid evil dinner, and the home’s location made it perfect. Thank you very much for the opportunity.

Universa Family Trip

Stayed several days with my family for our Universal Studios trip. Early check-in was a breeze, the house did have a light smell near the kitchen of stagnant water. Once we cleaned the garbage disposal it resolved. The pool was an amazing feature especially with 99 degree temps. Every spent a lot of time in them. Large house with plenty of rooms, tvs, showers, games. It was a huge hit with my family and we would go back again.

A very nice holiday accommodation

The size, wi are 11people and location of the house are great. The pool area is very nice, large and clean. There Are enough towels available and the beds are very comfortable. But the house should be renovated, floor tiles in the kitchen, carpet and living room furniture should be replaced. The cleanliness such as babeque, oven and cutlery drawers should be improved. But nevertheless, our family felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful holiday. Reinhard from Germany

Good host communication/easy access

The lay-out of the house was great. We did feel that the carpets were plenty worn and the overall decorating of the home was not very appealing. But the house/pool did meet our needs while visiting Universal Studios. The only other negatives were the hard bed pillows & stong laundry detergent smell on the linens (but we understand sometimes that is a personal opinion).

Very spacious. Clean pool and living space. The AC needs upgrading or maintenance as it does not properly cool the house. Not a fan of the carpet (needs cleaning) that covers 90% of the house.

Good location - close to Disney -

Enjoyed our stay, there were 14 of us, four generations oldest being 85 youngest being 1 1/2. Had plenty of space for everyone, close to Disney Parks. Bring your own pool floats,life jackets for little ones. We used the hot tub/pool every day during our visit, kids and adults. Paid extra, but was well worth it for our group. Also washer/dryer a must - you will need to pick up/bring laundry detergent with you. Rugs a bit/worn/stained but was not a game changer, made for a more relaxed stay with the busy active little ones we had in our crew, we did not feel we needed to stress over daily use.

Review for families looking for a vacation home

Positives- very spacious, sound doesn’t travel through home, pool and spa, access to washer/dryer, crib/highchair/walker/stroller, close to parks/shopping, beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Opportunities- cleaning service could do a better job, dishwasher was not usable during stay, door to pool was very difficult to open from inside and near impossible from outside, had to shut from inside and walk around back. Floor in kitchen has cracked tiles that were sharp and need attention.

Excelete house!

Beautiful house, very comfortable, spacious! It is just as it appears in the photos, all doubts and requests were kindly resolved, we were very well. The pool does not reach a very high temperature, the jacuzzi is hotter, but it was fine. Nick was very responsive and we would definitely rent it again. As a suggestion, I would add an air fryer to make the menus easier and faster, because you arrive tired from the parks. Otherwise, super good!!! Abrir en Google Traductor

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for our needs. We had a family group of 13 people. The house was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. There was a game room that the whole family used at one time or another. We added the hot-tub option which was great as we used it every day. The only issue we had was the knob to the hot-tub timer was broken so we purchased one so we could use the hot tub. The owner requested that we help out by washing the linens which we had no real issue with other than they did not provide anything to wash it with. Those were minor issues in an otherwise great property. The whole family enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great with kids

Overall, no problem. The pool/spa was fantastic (buy the heat, its worth it). Communication with owner and manager was great, there was an issue with the pool dur to hurricane Helene but it was resolved quickly and remained in great condition for the remainder of our stay. The house was fine, TVs were large, kitchen was large with plenty of cookware and dishes. Things to work on: Need rubber based mats for bathrooms, especially the handicap one. The grill, yuk Need to fix the lighting under the beds, only one or two worked. There are some other things that need fixed or upgraded but they do not affect anything important I would stay here again or other properties offered by the owner, for a family going to disney world you cant beat it.

The house was perfect!

The setup of the house was perfect for our family; older kids stayed upstairs and younger kids stayed downstairs with parents. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the older kids loved the pool table and air hockey table. It was only 20 minutes from Disney and was a very easy drive. We really didn’t have any issues but I dis contact the manager about a couple of things and she responded very quickly. As to a couple of reviews that stated that the house was showing wear, I noted that there were areas on the stair railing where the paint was worn away; that didn’t impact my family’s trip at all! Such a minor complaint compared to how spacious and well laid out the house was and all the amenities it offered. The 3 adults all agree that if we ever go back to Disney we will definitely stay at this house!

A wonderful three weeks in Kissimmee

The property is as described on the website, even if the pictures possibly making it look slightly more luxurious than it is, as it is starting to look a little jaded in places banisters need a a lick of paint, carpets had been eaten by something in places…(at least with four kids this didn’t leave us constantly shouting, don’t touch that)! We also felt the need to clean on arrival, as sofas were dirty if you lifted the cushions and the carpet felt in need of a good hoover. That said, any problems during our stay were promptly and satisfactorily addressed by the management team and the property still represents very good value for money with the location being excellent for everything that Disney and Universal have to offer, near to shops and restaurants, close enough to the airport and has the wonderful addition of the clubhouse pool and gym, if some variety from the villas own pool is needed.

Great Stay!!!

My family, friends and I had a great stay in this gated neighborhood for our Disney vacation. The Disney parks, etc. were all within a 30 minute drive, with traffic, which was pretty heavy at times. Check-in with security at the front gate and communication with the property owner/manager was exceptional. The property was in a nice neighborhood, but there were a number of loud parties and fireworks going on late into the evening, as it was a 4th of July holiday. This may be something to consider if staying with young children. All in all, I would give a 4.5 star rating. The main drawback was lack of supplies for the size of house. We always travel knowing that all paper products aren't provided, but for a house that sleeps 15, there was only about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, less than a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and no provided laundry detergent in the laundry room to wash towels, etc. at check-out, as the exit instructions were to start a load of laundry upon check-out, and if excessive laundry was left to be done, the sign posted did state that an additional fee could be charged. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs and trash bags provided for our stay.

Mixed feelings

First of all the property was as described for the most part. We were a group of 14 which included 3(5yr old) children so Everyone had plenty of space. Some of the specialized lights were not working properly, but that wasn’t a big deal. I like to approach things in a positive manner, so when we arrived and the home was not ready for check in I tried to be understanding and not make a big deal about it. I was told that there was a bathroom lid broken and that management had already been notified. One of the cleaning ladies pointed out to me that the fridge was leaking water due to the freezer freezing up at the bottom. I assumed that this also was told to management. We proceeded to move ourselves in and enjoy our 6 nights stay. We actually really enjoyed the property. The children and adults enjoyed the pool on the days that we were not at the parks. The kitchen was very spacious and served its purpose. Two days after we left I received a charge for misc repairs and cleaning. The pics I received were some of the things mentioned above in addition to small spots on white carpet(not very kid friendly) and counters not being wiped down. Isn’t that why we are charged a cleaning fee? The trash bin outside needs to be replaced, the local animals kept getting in and now that is part of my new charge. Overall it was a very nice place but not sure if I’d recommend to families. They definitely knit pick every little detail. So just be ware.

Large House, Great Location

To start, we had a great time as our group of golfers used the house as a place to relax after a round of golf in the hot Florida sun. It was very spacious, with a nice seating area for watching sports. Although we didn’t use them, I can see the pool table and games room as great for families. Pool and Hot tub were also very good. The bathrooms were big and functional also. A couple of things that we did notice - the unit is showing signs of wear. Pool furniture should be replaced and there were several spots over the carpeting and some furniture. Not sure what previous renters were doing but lots of wear and hand railings too. Also the kitchen isn’t well equipped for preparing meals like we are used to. There was nothing like large recessed pans to bake with. Just 2 tiny little flat sheets. The frying pans are all in need of replacement. Lots of large plates but no small ones. We have seen much better in smaller places we have rented. Also no kitchen towels to wipe counters or do dishes by hand. We bought some and left for next guests. No dish soap either. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Just one single extra garbage bag. A lot of little things were just missing. The garbage box outside is broken and has animals ripping into the bags every night, and not sure what the pick up schedule was but it wasn’t every day as posted. Also not the owners fault, but kind of disappointing that there is absolutely no recycling whatsoever in this area so everything goes to landfill.

Perfect, but....

This house was great for us. It provided us with all of the amenities we needed. The location was good, within walking distance of Sams, Target, and restaurants. The pool is lukewarm. The hot tub is amazing! The communication regarding trash and parking is confusing. People pretty much park where and how they wanted even though the "rules" stated differently. There is a little brown cubby like item in the front for trash but the top was broken. So, an animal tore into our trash overnight and we ended up having to haul trash to the clubhouse, which isn't far. There are a couple of broken tiles in the kitchen floor. Another guest stated, "I thought the house was nice overall. Just some minor things that need fixing. The boards around the kitchen floor seemed to be loose when I was sweeping." Bring spices/seasonings, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and such. Nothing is left over or provided or at lease not enough to get you through the week. The coffee maker is regular, not a Keurig. (Not complaints, just heads up) The microwave doesn't warm fast. Give it an extra 30 seconds or so. The beds are comfortable. The master bathroom is beautiful. The water pressure and temp was great and held up against multiple people taking showers. Adequate towels are provided. Bring an extra blanket for lounging. The temp in the house stays on 73 and will not go below 72. It got warm upstairs in the early mornings. There are convenience remotes 4 lights next to beds. Control from your bed. ENJOY!!
