"It was very clean. Very spacious for the room. The breakfast is not free however. They do offer Starbucks food and breakfast but is not complimentary compared to what it appears on the website. "

"Had a great time. The games kept the kids occupied. The bunk beds were a plus. Had a big front and back yard for them to run around. Didnt do any cooking but has a nice size kitchen and dining room for those who want to eat in. Loved the location, close to everything. Neighborhood seemed very family oriented. "I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying at her spot more. The pool and hot tub was an extra treat, too! This is a wonderful value and will look forward to coming back!*If you do stay here, do yourself a favor and go check out The Wellborn for drinks and/or tapas. It's a little odd to find and be sure to park at the office garage next door, but it is to die for! I was there for a pre funeral gathering, but I have rarely seen such a magical little outdoor scene. It's just sublime."
