The associate who checked us in was unnecessarily rude. She scolded us for arriving at 4, when all hotel info indicates that checkin begins then. We were told we'd get a text message when our room was ready, but we never received one. Overall the stay was fine, but checkin was not great.

Marriott's Grande Vista
The main front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. Shuttle staff were professional and willing to help w bags. Room was clean. I had everything I needed to cook a number of items.
