The living area is situated on the first floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. You'll find a separate corner for an office or an extra bedroom on the top floor. Enjoy the outdoors with multiple leisure areas, including a charming breakfast spot, a BBQ and dining area and a comfortable lounge on the rooftop offering breathtaking views of the neighborhood and the sea. The journey begins in the garden, where you'll find a delightful dining area complete with a built-in BBQ. And if you prefer a cozy spot for breakfast, there's a charming nook on the elevated porch. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a comfortable living-dining room. Sink into the plush couch or challenge your friends to a game on the PlayStation. And don't forget to check out the cupboard next to the dining table, where you'll discover beach equipment available for your use. Pass by the small toilet and continue on to the classic Spanish kitchen, fully equipped with appliances like a water heater, toaster, and washing machine. While there's no coffee machine installed, fear not! Instant coffee is always on hand. When it's time to rest, head upstairs to the sleeping area. Here, you'll find a spacious bathroom with a shower. One bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the other offers two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. But the real highlight awaits on the top floor - the rooftop terrace. Take in the mesmerizing views of the city skyline and the sea. With a fluffy carpet and cozy furniture, you won't want to leave this oasis during warm summer nights. And tucked away in the back of the terrace, there's a small isolated room with two screens. It's the perfect spot for uninterrupted work or can even be transformed into a third bedroom if that's what you need during your stay. During your stay, you will have the complete house to yourself. Additionally, you will also have access to the communal pool of the neighbourhood, which is about a 1-minute walk away from your front door. The only "restricted area" is a small storage room that is adjacent to the kitchen.
