「The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired. There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably. As a final first...

「It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.」

「Nicely done, thoughtfully stocked kitchen, nice bedding. The outside needs a bit of work but inside was great!」

「Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard」

「Not as advertised. Very disappointed 」

Being so close to the beach made it incredibly easy to go back and forth for lunch, grab anything we needed, and the return to the beach without any hassle. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We loved the convenience of the location and being able to enjoy the beach while still having all the comforts of home...
