Turkish food is one of our favourites, and this dish of manti beats them all. A small ravioli type pasta (filled with spiced meat), covered in a yogurt sauce with chili oil and dill.

We enjoyed it in many places throughout Turkey, but it was in the small town of Burhaniye in the northwest where it was the very best.

"Gentleman at check in very professional and polite, staff all round very helpful and considerate. Breakfast - waiter service, good selection and filling. Decent sized outdoor pool, great location and parking available. Room could've been just slightly bigger but it is in proportion of the building as a whole.Hotel environs very clean so all in all good stay albeit for just one night."
